About Us
The Payson Association for Advanced Learners
(PAAL) is a dedicated group of Payson
educators, parents and children whose goal is to make gifted and
talented education
in the Payson Unified School District part of the regular
curriculum.
PAAL also organizes, in conjunction with PUSD,
additional educational and cultural experiences outside of school
designed to provide gifted and talented children with life
experiences they cannot get in the classroom environment.
Fundraising to support both gifted and talented curriculum in the schools, as well as additional activities, is a large part of what PAAL does throughout the year, as many of these courses and programs are not currently supported by PUSD's budget.
